spare tire hoist
I have a 2000 GMC short bed I recently bought. It's missing everything for the spare. No spare, no hoist.
I've had no luck finding info on this setup. What are all the components for this setup. Anyone got a pic, or willing to take some pics? Thanks.

Do a search on GM parts direct and you can get an idea of the hoist for the spare.

Thanks renegade6. I found a working hoist at the local yard, just the hoist though. It seems to free spool out. What locks, or keeps the spare from spooling down to the ground?

nothing the hoist is suppose to spin up and hold the tire in place
