Cruise Control Help

Bought a cruise control unit today and need to know how it works and what other parts I need. I have the vac. box with two speedo cable coming out of it. What else do I need and how does it work.

It looks like you are missing the wiring, vacuum hoses, diaphragm and cable, brackets, cruise control lever, (or switch), and brake switch.

What he said above that appears to be a Olds,Buick style cruise.theres a junkyard here full of old oldsmobiles from the 60s and early 70s with that same box.

Cool Cruise Control

Here are two different pictures of the factory set up out of a 1971 service manual that I have.

The first is the regulator and the second is a picture of all the parts. Hope it helps

LWB trucks rule, if you don't think so measure your SWB!
After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.
