I've been searching for a couple hours and cant seem to find exactly what I am looking for so here we go again.

My blazer lowered about 5-6" (3" spindle, spring, big block) front with van rally's (8" truck rally's rub a ton dont want to grind any more) and flip kit rear 8" truck rally. I need to pick some tires to run on my rally's until I find some larger diameter wheels I like.

I want as wide a tire as I can get in the back to help with traction and I also like the look, the front I dont want any rubbing issues at all. Currently I have 235-60 fronts and 295-50 rears but the front are just too short , looks like I need to replace all four because anything taller in front will be taller than the 295's in the rear. Suggestions? pictures of your setup would be great, thanks

so are you saying your still running van rallies then 215/70-15 front and 275/60-15 rear

I'd rather run truck rally's because the van wheels just look really sucked in. I dont think I can grind enough off of the lca to clear the wider truck wheels.

The 235-70 @ 27.9" might rub up front. A 205-75 would fit the van ralley better & is 27" tall. The next best thing on a truck rally would be the 225-70 @ 27.5" tall. I've never seen a 275-70 but have seen 285-70 BFG's (now called Silvertowns). A 275-60 is 28" tall or the 285-70's would be a little over 30".

On my dropped 87' burb I run a 7" truck rally with a bfg 225/70 and on the rear a 8" rally with a bfg 275/60. Front tire is less than an 1/2" shorter than the rear.

Here's a pic of mine on those size tires when I was trying options. Mine isn't as low as yours (obviously) and I don't know the size of the spare rim. I had it powdercoated when I had my 15x10 rally's done but I never measured it.

EDIT: I never said what drop the truck has. Summit (Ground Force) 3" front springs, new factory rear springs from Husky with a 2" shackle drop.

The rake is not nearly as extreme as the picture shows, the truck was parked on a low spot or something. It does have a bit of rake, but where the truck was parked for those pictures makes the rake look a whole heap more than it is.

Here's my old '82.

15x7 and 15x8 ralleys.
215/70-15's and 275/60-15's.

Approximately a 4"/5" drop.

Thanks for the pics guys, I think I'm going to have to raise the front of the truck another inch or so. It sits way too low right now for a 26" tire, I think I'll order the tires and see how it sits with them mounted up before I try changing anything. The O.D. of the 15" will be really close to what a 20" will be so I shouldnt have to change anything later.

I got them bf goodrich,I know some of you say you can,t find them but there still out there,alot of guys use them on their roadsters

Coker is also showing a 285/60 Radial T/A that is 29.5" tall and will fit an 8-10" rim.

They make a 285-60-16. I didn't see a 285-60-15.

I think the best most reasonable option for what you are looking for would be:
BFG Radial T/As 225/70 up front
in back a 285/70 Radial T/A,
Which, like Scoti said, is now manufactured by Coker under the name Silvertown--and they are pretty proud of them. Other than that it's either what you've got or 275/60
