new a-arms

Hello all,
I saw in a catalog a while back that you could buy new a-arms with the cross shaft assem. already installed. Does anybody know who has these and has anybody used them. If I remember right it was about $400 for the four arms with the shafts installed. All you should have to do then is pop in a ball joint and install. Any info, websites, names, phone numbers, etc. would be great.
Thanks,
Jason
