I'm going to run a JL Audio 13TW5 with a JL 500/1 amp behind the seat when I get around to installing the audio in my truck.

Re: Shallow mount subwoofers.....!!!!

I have the pioneer shallow mount speaker in my truck (8") WOW they sound great. they do get a little muddy when the bass is fast and stong but they work really well. I have been meaning to get pics if my truck since I put it back together Ill grab a shot of the speaker even though it is not complete behind the seat.

When you go to get that 500/1 check out their new hd900/5. It's a 300/4 and a 500/1 combined into one amp.

It is perfect for our trucks because of the power out put and it's not that big. Around the same size as the 500/1.
