Hidden Trailer Hitch

Want to buy a hidden trailer hitch that comes thru the license tag for my 70 truck. Does anyone sell them or do you have to build them yourself? Thanks.

Re: Hidden Trailer Hitch

x4.. Easy to install, did it myself with a floorjack to hold it up while I bolted it on. I'll post post pics from home tomorrow. They are really hidden.

Re: Hidden Trailer Hitch

I am thinking about this setup, and I am wondering if I will be able to use my adjustable rapid hitch or will it hit my license plate?

ECE does it right, they even send you the Grade 8 bolts to attach it with.

Re: Hidden Trailer Hitch

CPP www.classicperform.com sells them too. I bought 1 for my 72 GMC. They even sell the flip down license plate door.

Re: Hidden Trailer Hitch

The CPP hidden hitches will work with the blazer tank, and also come with grade 8 hardware.

Re: Hidden Trailer Hitch

My understanding is these hitches are not a bolt on for 4 wheel drives. The rear spring hangers gets in the way.
