Just recieved my Clifford intake. It says to remove the exhaust system mounting pins. Any ideas how to get them out?

Re: exhaust system mounting pins
I haven't taken any out of an I-6, but on all the V-8's they just press in. You will need to turn them to get them loose, but they don't have threads as far as I know.
