WTB Transmission shifter part

I have a 71 3/4 ton 4x4 that I'm going to convert from manuel to auto. I think I have all the parts to do it except the bracket that physically bolts to the tranny. I don't know what it's called but it's shaped like a square C and the shifter from the frame bracket hooks to it. It has the little spring, washer and cotter key in it. Thanks Jared

Re: WTB Transmission shifter part

You might try sending a message to Randy (Teeitup), as he might have the pieces you are after. If you don't mind me asking, what does your manual shifter look like? Is it chrome? Trevor

Re: WTB Transmission shifter part

I need the Shift lever. My shifter has a T-handle welded to the top of it.

Re: WTB Transmission shifter part

Not to rob the post but does anyone repop the bellcrank for 4X4's?

Jared- I believe this is what you are after. It is all original...complete with the spring, both washers, and cotter key. PM me your address and it is yours.

Re: WTB Transmission shifter part

If it fits a 4x4 I'll take it.

Does anyone know if these are different or the same between 2wd and 4x4?

Re: WTB Transmission shifter part

On that particular part, there is no difference. The difference is in the pivot bracket on the frame, and the shifter rod itself. If I am wrong, someone please correct me on this.
