TDE 0214 W, or another set on here was (67890) can anyone tell me if this gives the gear ratio or anything else

Yes, go to this web site, choose the year in the axle codes section, and look up the first three letters. If the rear is not in a truck just search through the years until you find it. Earlier years had two letters and later had three.

thanks for your help guys according to that it is 307s, looks like i will be switching the gears
