Re: '62 Stageway suburban bus.

It would be kinda of a shame to do, but I would love to see one of those cut down to just a 4 door.

...or block off the center 2 doors and make a "party limo" with seats that run longways down the sides.

Does all the goodies inside the bus go with the sell price?

Re: '62 Stageway suburban bus.

He has had that thing running in different places for sale for 2+ years if I recall. Other than being a tad overpriced...there must be some serious problems with it because it has not sold.

Re: '62 Stageway suburban bus.

Well, this isn't your "run of the mill" project vehicle and at $6k, that just turns alot of potential buyers away. Just the length of it makes it a problem for alot of folks who have limited shop, garage or driveway space. Someone like me couldn't park it in the driveway without the other half of it blocking the street. And who knows what the floor looks like? It's going to take someone with the right shop and alot of time to take on a project like that.

I've seen this one and there's one or 2 more over here on the west coast somewhere around a national park (I think).

Re: '62 Stageway suburban bus.

Here is another one that I have for sale. It is a 1970 International Stageway Airport limo. I am mainly into 1960-66 trucks and burbs but could not let this go to waste.
