Re: 1970 blazer bed sides

Youre not going to find them. You have to take swb bedsides and cut them down. Click on my link and you will see what the blazer guys have to do.

Re: 1970 blazer bed sides

There are NOS Blazer sides out there. Last I saw they were going for a bit over $1,000 per side. There are a few members here on this board that have them.
You do have to be a subscriber to post a wanted to buy ad, but that $25 you spend to become a subscriber may get you the bedsides you need.

Re: 1970 blazer bed sides

go to 1968-72 blazer, then body panels
it will show blazer with panels highlighted and numbered, you will see the two piece bed side
it reverts back to the main page when copying/pasting

Re: 1970 blazer bed sides

Found them after a search. I would think it would be better to go with a SWB bedside before the two piece patch like that. No idea where bridgton is, but if you have a swap meet near you, you can usually find a vendor to bring bedsides to the meet so you don't have to pay shipping.
Where is bridgton?

Re: 1970 blazer bed sides

No, dont go that route. You will be better off going with a set of used swb bedsides or even some goodmark bedsides. You will not want to piece 2 body panels together to create one side when you can use a bedside and have less body work and welding!

Here's a thread where a fella up your way shows what it takes to morph a swb bedside onto a blazer.

Re: 1970 blazer bed sides

I had to use short bed panels. The body shop did a great job at cutting them and matching them up. Here's a before and after picture.
