'69 vs '71 frame on C-10???
Please advise if there is a difference between 1969 and 1971 frames in Chevy C-10 shortstep? In other words, are they interchangeable?

Re: '69 vs '71 frame on C-10???
Not sure about the 71 but my 72 lwb frame had some minor differences as compared to the 69 swb frame I used, but very interchangeable. The area where the brake line connects to the frame is different, but you just have to use a brake line for the correct frame. I thought there was something else but I cant remember right now.

the 71 is made of stronger steel too.
But again, very doable. |
