Exhaust Question
im going to be mocking up exhaust on my truck pretty soon it is bagged just cups and plates in the front, and would like to get some input on some headers. I searched the forum and i found a few things that people said would work for a bagged truck with a sbc
Chevelle shorty headers on ebay, Hooker 2466hkr shortys, dynomax 3/4 length chevelle headers 86118, hedman 69640 headers. i have seen a pair of block huggers on a truck on here before. Im not sure on what i should go with out of those. and i would like to run block huggers i could get a smokin deal on some. but im pretty sure that the motormount will be in the way. any opinions? thanks in advance!! |

Re: Exhaust Question
Do you have original 67-72 motor mounts? If so, the block huggers should work fine. Personally, I would look at the 2 1/2" Corvette manifolds. I ditched my headers years ago and couldn't be happier. Speedway Motors has them for $59.99 apiece.
