Re: new rear fo 66?
I have seen a sb fleetside with the earlier 6-lug disc rearend. It will fit with the correct back space on ones wheels, of course. They are wider, but I'm not familiar with the new drum set-ups.

Re: new rear fo 66?
I think you may have to run some wheels with deeper offset...5''+. They work great with the front disc conversion and should sit nicely in the rear. I wanted this coversion for awhile but my old '68 rearend has brand new brakes and I'd like to use them some.

Re: new rear fo 66?
Lol mine does too, but i have the rear and its sitting there with less than 3800 miles on it. I have the stock wheels from the sub also... I think that will look nice on my truck

Re: new rear fo 66?
I agree. The only thing weird would be the metric studs...I figured I'd press them out and go SAE to match the front. And to be clear, the truck I saw was a few years ago and it was running a '99-'02 rear. I dont know if they've changed at all since that time period. Cheap way to go for 4 wheel disc.

I already have metric in front when i did my 6 lug disc from the 2000. So it will match for me
