Re: Cab Dolly - Steel frame

Due to unforseen circumstances with the buyer, he cannot buy the Dolly.

Dolly is still available.

I'd go $100 if you are coming soon. I need it out of the garage.

Re: Cab Dolly - Steel frame

Thought I was first on this back when you bought the cab. Remember the "doors" deal????? Thanks.........AGAIN.

From 10/28/09
Hey, I'm down here in Austin and have been talking to jholley about the cab for sale. So far I have arranged to pick it up on Friday. That's if he still has it for sale. I already have to good doors so if you are interested I'd sell you the doors for $100 each. He said they have glass.

From 10/29/09
I will be at his place late morning. If you give me your number I will call you once I have everything loaded.

I'll need the cab dolley for a little while. I can let you know when I am ready to sell it. I actually have two but the other is for my bed.

From 10/30/09
Hey I apologize for not calling. I needed to compare his doors to mine to make sure I get the best of both.

Ok, to be honest, I totally forgot about you. The doors were sold and the cab dolly is spoken for.

Re: Cab Dolly - Steel frame

Sorry bro, I have Sometimers disease (sometimes I member, somtimes I don't). Drives my wife crazy. Anyway, I'm far too busy to track stuff from 2 months ago. It would have been better to keep checking back with me.

But hey, I have a wooden one I used with my other cab. Worked great. I'll let you have it for $60.

Re: Cab Dolly - Steel frame

WOW!! Geeeee, thanks. For $60.00 plus the gas I think I could make my own wooden one.

I understand not remembering stuff, but I usually remember the few people that I inadvertently hose so that when I can make it right, I do. But hey, thats just me.

WTF are you waiting for??? Go make your own damn dolly and stop bothering me!!

I suggest you be aggressive when searching for parts and not depend on others to contact you..but hey, that's just me.

Totally Agree, if you are wanting to purchase something make every effort to confirming with the person selling the item. If you dont end up getting something that you thought you had the right to, that gives no one the right to start acting like a a$$ to the orginal seller....

AusTx is a great person and wouldnt knowingly try to decive anyone or fraud anyone. He made a mistake, as all of do.

Your point is valid, however I think mine is too.

Did you read the string of messages from him... to me... that I posted?

HE contacted me about the parts, set the price, made arrangements to meet.........I sat around and waited..............HE never called, then reniged on the deal for the doors...............and
HE TOLD ME that WHEN HE was ready to sell HE WOULD LET ME KNOW.

Did you read that part???

I took him at his word, and did not feel the need to contact him monthly weekly or whatever............

Then sold the parts a couple of months later to someone else. I think I have the right to be a little irked.
