Re: Spark plugs and carb?
I would go with a holley street hp 950 it should work very good. I think the ngk race plugs work very good for $2.99 each. I have seen nothing but bad luck with the pro form carbs last one i seen had the boosters in crooked. Just my opinion stay away from the pro form carb. Good plug to start with if you use the ngk is 5673-7

Re: Spark plugs and carb?
I've heard a lot of bad things about the Pro Form carbs. Stick with a name brand, you get what you pay for.

Re: Spark plugs and carb?
buy a holley hp750. I don't like the quick fuels either. I might be able to get you a deal on one if you decide to go that way.

Re: Spark plugs and carb?
I've read a few threads lately about pro-form and it sounds like their quality control is in the pooper. What about getting a custom carb?...like Braswell or ProSystems. I hear they can tune the fuel curve for your combo. That's what I wanted to go with, but for now I chose to keep messing with my current 750DP so I could learn a little bit on my own.
