Any of the guys here that have done an LSx swap....have any of u guys used the dude on ebay....says he will make ur harness a stand alone for like 200 bucks...sounds to good to be true.

Link? That doesn't sound too far off. To reprogram my PCM and have the harness reworked was $360 including return shipping.

Hmmm, not too sure what to think. They are good prices, that's for sure. Looks like he's sold a handful. He keeps raising the price on them every month (Oct $179, Nov $180, Jan $190 and $199) unless that's the extra for adding/replacing connectors?

There really isn't that much to reworking them. Now that I have seen mine that Jesse redone, I'll be doing my own for the next swap.

Don't know what to say really. It's a good price, but I have no idea who he is or what his experience is.

Maybe its just me but I wouldn't be happy with this? I just think there are better fuse panels out there to use.

Yeah, I didn't comment on that. But you are right, those are pretty cheesy. I like the thought of attaching the whole thing to the PCM, kind of, but it wouldn't necessarily work for everyone's application. It wouldn't for mine.

Yea thats why i kinda wanna see if anyone has used this guy on here....i mean if he has sold that many some one is buying this stuff...lol...regardless i can get the hookup thru painless, but i guess im just trying to cut some corners...thats never good...lol

Yeah, that fuse panel attached to the PCM is just nasty looking. Not to mention you still have to get your PCM tuned for your needs. I think wait4me performance is the way to go. Just my opinion.

Unacceptable on anything I pay money for. Looks like one of my quickly assembled "proof of concept" weekend hack jobs. Very unprofessional IMHO especially for $200.

No relay sockets in a "paid for" wiring job is one of my pet peeves. Several headlight relay harnesses I've examined were done the same way. Quality VF4/ISO and VF7 70amp relay sockets and contacts are darn cheap... Digikey, Newark, Waytek... Properly crimping the correct socket terminals is no more difficult than crimping the cheap AutoZone 1/4" disconnects he uses. He could at least use some adhesive heatshrink tube to strain relieve the wires.
