help with front end suspension

i lowered my truck on sunday, now i need so do the wheel alliignment, all i have to do is remove or add the shims right?, and then one wheel is more inward than the other any help?

when you say one wheel is more inward that the other do you mean caster and camber? or do you mean that the one side the wheel sits further out past the fender than the other? If it is the latter this was replied to in another post last week in which Keith Seymour ,who is actually a GM Employee and worked on our trucks, told us that the cab and nose may in fact be a tad out of allignment causing the problem. You can search the back posts to find his exact comments.
