67-72 fool picks up a Big 10?
Was on the computer yesterday and found a big 10 for sale for $1500.00. It looked in the pics like a swb but was hard to tell so i called the guy and set up an appointment. I got there and he told me "yep grandpa gave it to me but i dont need it!". He was going to use it for the motor. factory truck unmolested!
factory: 454, ice cold ac, power windows, locksand brakes, posi, heavy duty trans, headliner, cheyenne equip., dual tanks, by the way 1/2 ton 2wd swb, upper and lower moulding, canopy has been on since day 1 along with the bed liner, and the list goes on and on and on! The spid sheet was packed full! Now my question is do i sell it? is it rare? do i slam it and put on some big wheels ( original idea ) or what please help! By the way no he would not take $900.00 for the truck! But he sure took $1000.00! |

Re: 67-72 fool picks up a Big 10?
Good lookin truck as far as rare? Well i guess it depends on who ya ask! Me i say it's not there were thousands of them Big 10's made if you go with your original plan and you dont get crazy with it you can allways undo it and return it to stock trim i think thats what i'd do with her.
Good score and good luck in your choice. |

Re: 67-72 fool picks up a Big 10?
I noticed on the drivers side the bed appears to sit higher, as you can see the body lines don't line up...anybody know why?
