Post body mount hole diameter

I am building a 1980 3/4 ton 4x4 chev and I am installing a 1985 2wd cab on my 4x4 frame. I was wondering the actual body mount hole diameter of the rad support and all 4 cab mounts . My holes are all worn out and must fabricate some new holes in my body mount brackets. Or are there some kind of thick washers or something that I can by to weld in place on the under side of the mounting brackets to give me the perfect hole.
