Someone save this truck!

How is this for a deal? Someone buy this and ship it home before someone buys it locally and doesn't know what they have. I would be wiring this guy money if I didn't have one being shipped to me already.

Re: Someone save this truck!

No, I REALLY did pick this up today. I got it for my nephew. Needless to say he is one happy camper! It runs and drives sweet! First thing on the block it to pull the drum brakes off of the front and put on discs. It has a fairly newly rebuilt 402 that runs like a top! It fires right up and idles smooth as silk right off the bat from a cold start without even touching the go-pedal. It has A/C but sans A-6 compressor. Controls are great. It could possibly be a 454 but I have to check the stamping # on the pad. It has a taller intake and also it has plugs in each port of the exhaust logs where air tubes would go. Not usually odd because folks swap manifolds all the time but still it raises a curious note with me.The TH400 shifts great. It is a leaf spring/Dana 60 rear. Nearly new dual exhaust system with x-over. No rust in the cab corners or door bottoms. The rockers were replaced. New door rubber, dash pad and a perfect steering wheel! Door fuzzies and channels are great! As is the glass all 'round. there is very minimal rust that was present before repaint around the windshield top bow. The body is straight. The bed bottom is dent-free and the tailgate is super-straight as well. It had a monster rear step bumper with receiver and load equalizing hitch. Has brake controller. It also has the FACTORY LH side battery tray! 16" rubber is very good. There are no badges or trim but that can be added at a later date. No carpeting either but the truck is quiet! Doors shut tight and the hinges are also tight!

Definately a GREAT buy for the money. I got it for less than the asking price but I don't want to rub any more salt in the wound

We're happy!!

Yeah, we really need pictures. We are somewhat jealous at this point, but pictures will relieve our pain.
