Lots of parts on craigslist (San Antonio)

It says 54-55 first series but aren't 47-55 all the same, excluding 55 second series. Im no expert at these years, just wondering,

No some parts are different.

In the list I see front fenders and grill that are different from the earlier trucks.

'55 1st has open driveline meaning trans, drive shaft, rear axle and rear springs are all going to be a little different. The dash and gauges are a little different on a Chevy and a lot different on a GMC.

And of course there is that whole one-piece windshield versus the split-window thing...

I wonder if the model A parts go with it too? I think I see three steel grille shells that have to be worth something. Maybe some fenders too??

Reminds me is anyone else here watching "Pickers" on the history channel??
