At the peak of "tow hook madness" those would bring about $250.
Today, $150-$175. They look to be in nice shape. And as tim said, they are for 60-68 models.

NOS really don't bring any more than used as they can all be blasted and painted. That has been discussed before. You might find someone on ebay who will pay stupid money for them, but I have seen NOS before and they really don't go for anymore than the usual. Trevor
