Re: interiors

Check out the pix in the stickys up top. Also, check the build/project postings. Some of them include interiors.

But, you're right about what we post. I know that a pic of my interior would likely include some dirt/trash on the floor, as well as an accumulation of "stuff" in the pockets of the doors.

Thanks. Those are 98 Tahoe seats recovered without the headrests.
The steering wheel did get a little hot after being out at a show all day or really cold when stored for the winter.

Re: interiors

Just tryin' to keep mine clean. I'm attached to the factory steering wheel because my dad taught me how to drive in his 93 S10, which had the same wheel. Come to think of it, that truck was white over navy, just like this one.

Name: DSCF0742 (Small).JPG

Size: 57.7 KB

And my favorite part of the interior:

Name: DSCF0746 (Small).JPG
Views: 1422
Size: 39.3 KB

BTW JWall, IMHO that's just about the best interior I've ever seen in one of these trucks -- dressed up, but still usable and not gaudy. Just another reason why your old blue truck is one of my favorites.

Re: interiors

My 94, I'm hoping to get some bucket seats for her soon, I've got a line on some but have yet to hear back from the seller...
One thing odd about my trucks interior is that while the rest of the interiro is light grey the dash is a slightly darker colour, but its not like the silverado trim. does anyone else have an interior like that?

LED bulbs.

sanded the back of the gauge face down so light would come through its true color and not go through that ugly green tint on the back of the gauge face.

I have a BIG write-up thread over on Fullsizechevy.com ...but the site is down for maintence this moment so no linky until tomorrow.

I figured someone would ask about the HVAC, haha
