Looks awesome, one thing I would try and do is smoke the parking lamp lens, would help them blend into the blacked out grill area.

I tried that once, but couldn't keep them lit.

That turned out great. Give us a pic that shows more of the truck now.

Re: got the grill together.

Thanks for all the comments guys. I still haven't gotten much further on putting the truck back together cause i have been busy at work so yesterday i focused on just that and took care of it. The bumper is just a 81-82 bumper and im just going to "adapt" a hid kit in the factory lights, if they melt, which i doubt. it was 40 bucks i lost, if they don't it would looks super nice in my opinion.

The chrome straps are really the factory ones stripped and polished. I have a good friend that has a chrome and polishing shop so i took it to him and he took care of the rest. Which by the way i had him chrome my tailgate handle for 10 bucks instead of paying 60 plus the 20 bucks shipping and handling that LMC wanted. I also had him polish the factory bowtie in the grill. I have something planned for that too. since i had my grill painted the color of the truck and the straps polished the plastic pieces behind the emblem arent there so the emblem almost looks like its floating. I have an idea when i do my fog lights im going to put some leds behind it to make it lit up from behind, nothing real bring just a little bit of lite, i think it will look trick.

That looks awesome. Did you get the headlight bezels from LMC as well? Also would your friend be willing to polish mine :-)

Re: got the grill together.

yeah the bezels are from LMC they fit pretty nice im glad they didnt get that wrong. I actually think he would have a problem with that, he did them so quickly it took him no effort. now running the risk with the parcel services is a risk you will have to take, they find a way to mess everything up. best bet is strip them and have a local place polish them shouldnt be much money at all.

To get the chrome in the middle all you have to do is peel off the white, red or what ever the color your truck is off and the chrome is there. I did this to mine and looks great. Just use some chrome polish and ca-shamm. (sp?) Beautiful.
