Wheel 2 Wheel race truck
Here is our Wheel 2 Wheel race truck.
Specs: 79 GMC C25 2 wheel drive 355 chevy small block turbo 400 NP203 reduction box roll cage/chassis reinforcement 14 bolt at 4.56 Soon to be painted and updated

I'm just curious, but why don't you use a 4wd truck instead? We have a bunch of land down here and we considered making ourselves a nice dirt bowl/track to race on and most of the trucks that plan to race here are 4wd.

The truck was allready built , I used to race it on a paved,banked figure eight,
It was a bunch lower then , then I tough trucked it a bit .the guy who built the W2W track is an old friend. so we tried the truck basicly the way I had tough trucked it , 65gmc930 backed it off the trailer warmed it up and on his first lap he was only 10 seconds off the fast trucks. we did some work on it and he is a lot faster , but i forgot the stop watch last time we were out, the 2wd front suspension works way better than the solid axle 4wds. And the big one $$$ there are a whole lot less parts to break than in a 4x4 . There was a lot of interest from entry level guys in building 2WDs just because of the cost factor. We run a mud terrain style radial and it seems to hook up pretty good. Our track is silty clay and the speeds are not that high.
