1964 steering wheel

Could someone please tell me how to get to get that D@&m steering column out of the truck. It is a 3 speed on the coloumn.

I just don't know how to get it out of the truck with the tab's on the shaft in the engine area. I took it apart at the rag joint located at the steering box.

This is how I have done it-
Remove steering wheel.
Dismantle at rag jount (which you have done)
Inner rod- I removed by sliding out to the front of the truck.
Remove brackets and cover at firewall and underneath dash
Tube is then removed through interior side
