Have you tried the local auto parts stores? Most of them carry the kits in the "Help" sections.

I bought stock and oversized bushings at the local Chevy dealer. They cost less than new hinges and work fine. Just be careful dressing up the top hole in your hinge. Jim K. is right our local parts store has them in the help section.
