who would be intrested carbon fiber like parts
I have found a Tiwian manufacter that can make body parts out of an aerospace polymer substrait. The fenders 67-68 will be for sold for $350 a set cowl hood at $300, and grill for $150 this is no joke. The parts have the strength of carbon fiber but with out the cost. Other parts like step fenders and doors will be made at a later date. These parts will be availble in about 2 and a half months to three max they are shipped by boat please contat me by email at sniper2321@hotmail.com or PM. THANKS for looking

they are made of oem parts that have as close to perfect fit as you can find from the 50 or so set that i went throught with all the sheetmetal work done so there is no prep work except for you to get them ready for paint .these fender will need to be prep in the smae way that you would for fiber glass. the first set of part were made to see how they would fit and they were right on they also wanted me to see how strong they were so the twisted up the fender and i was spechles no crack it just bound back they said it was do to the polymer then they had this guy jump up and down on the hood he weight 300#s and it came right back the company that I am working with is vis racing check out there ad in the new truckin mag o by the way i will be getting the patant rights for this.

I work at a stamping plant, and there are several new kinds of material used for parts besides regular steel. Hopefully in the future something will be made for a good lower price.

Hmmmm, Corvette body panel technology on our old trucks???? (Note I didn't say Saturn).
Sounds cool. How do they reinforce for the hood, core support and inner fenders? Steel structure/inserts? What's the weight savings? Not a bad price.
