yet another 203 question...

i was reaing this http://www.4wheeloffroad.com/howto/47538/index.html
and it mentions that with a mile marker kit in place it disables the spider gears in the 203 diff.

does this mean that 4 hi, and 4 hi lock (and lo) on my transfer case shifter now do the same thing?

okay, all this 203 talk has got me to wondering how difficult is it to fab up twin sticks?
