Were to buy window weather stripping
I need to replace my window channel weather stripping.
The last time i done this on a previous truck i got them from a local dealer. Were has everyone else been getting these. I need to mention that I am not a fan of lmc. Any other sources would be nice. Thanks Last edited by BIGCHEVYMAN; 02-20-2010 at 10:06 PM. |

Re: Were to buy window weather stripping
I bought mine from JC Whitney when I had my '73. Seems like they were name brand, just don't remember it right now. You might check with Captkaos, he is a board vendor.

Classic Industries (Chevy Duty) in Kansas City. Good prices and quality on the weatherstripping is A+. I bought all mine there for my 87' and everything looked and fit great.

Re: Were to buy window weather stripping
i got mines from brothers trucks but the vent window weather stripping kind of, well, it does suck. Try to find some oem or nos stuff that will have the tabs at the back of the vent window seals. I think everything else should be the same though no matter where you buy it.

Re: Were to buy window weather stripping
I just got belts and channels for both doors from LMC for 118 shipped. I know you don't like them but they seem to be quality parts and came the same week. fairly easy to install once you know what to remove.
