shifter rod with 93 headers trouble
have a 80 truck and I installed headers from a 93 but shifter rod hits the headers,should I bend it and can I still use my shift indicator,don,t have one yet have to go to the junk yard

You can bend it. Just make sure it shifts right and does not get hung up on anything.
As for the shift indicator, you will just have to see how it works out.
