Are these holes from a factory emblem?

Not sure if these are from a trim emblem or something a previous owner had installed.

They're located on both doors at the same location.

too far forward for a "custom" emblem. I'd say it was from a previously installed rear view mirror.

Love, it when they drill holes all over the place. I Had some Huge mirrors on my C-10 and the previous owner used toggle bolts to bolt them on, so you can imagine the hole size.
