How do you do it...?
Okay I'm an idiot... I just R & R'd the TH400 in my 69 C10... how does the detent bracket with the springy thingy assembly go back together... looks simple enough, but before I dive back under I thought I'd ask to see if someone might have a photo of it.

Re: How do you do it...?
Let me rephrase that... How does the bracket with the spring attach to the frame pivot arm... I flipped it around a couple of times...

Re: How do you do it...?
Are you looking for pictures of how the shifter arm attaches to the frame? The 400 has a electric kickdown off the gas pedal.

How the U-shaped bracket with the spring that bolts to the tranny attaches pivot arm on the frame.

Re: How do you do it...?
Is there a spring that goes between the bellcrank and pivot/mount to keep in engaged with the transmission shift lever...?

Re: How do you do it...?
I think the spring with the two washers that is held on the shift lever with the cotter key is the only spring. That works to hold the bellcrank in place.
