i have a 12 bolt with six lug axles it is a '69 according to the guy i got it from, it is missing all the brake parts from the backing plate out. my question is can i swap the parts onto it from a 74 12 bolt i have with 5 lug axles and all the brake parts and drums?

Re: 12 bolts parts interchangable?
Agreed with the axle length's, but I'm pretty sure the brake parts are the same between the two, just one has 5 lug drums and the other as 6 lug drums. If I'm wrong somebody will chime in and correct me.
