plastic model (kit) for your truck? where?
okay so for a while I have been wanting to replicate my truck with building a little kit one. Ya know the ones you did with A. your dad when you were young. or B. the ones you are doing with your son or daughter right now ha...
so my question were to get one would love to have it be a 73 but I will compromise. Any online sites? there are no hobby stores around my area anymore help would be greatly appriceiated thanks guys

You will need 2 kits the 76 street pickup by Revell and the 84 gmc by AMT

AMT & ERTL both did step sides in GMC and Chevrolet.

Your truck`s a Fleetside,right?There wer many variations of about a`78 GMC Wideside done by Monogram,but they do 1/24 scale.AMT,MPC,and Revell did 1/25th.Look on Ebay.A lot of the kit sellers have stores,too.

I don't think you'll find any vintage kit of a 70's truck in 1/12th. I'm sure a few cars were produced by domestic manufacturers, but the only one I can remember was a 57 Chevy hardtop.
