CPP trailing arm kit

Hopefully DKN from CPP can answer this... I have an 86 LONG bed C10. I am looking at getting a crossmember made for my truck by HRH. I have a good set of stock trailing arms. I want to use your (CPP) c-notch/spring mount your springs, shock crossbar, and trac bar. I know your kit is ONLY for short beds. Can I use your c-notch brackets on my long bed. My understanding is that that part of the frame is the same long bed/short bed. Everything else should work also, correct?

Re: CPP trailing arm kit

I think that everything in the conversion kit will work execpt the crossmember. The crossmember for the short bed mounts just under the cab, and it will be under the bed on the long bed.
