Unhappy Front brake hoses???

My 72 C10 with leaf suspension has worn brakes hoses. The fitting for them is round with a lug that fits between to matching lugs on the calipers. My 71C10 with coil suspension has a square type fitting with a overlaping casting in the rear to lap the caliper thus prevent any rotation of the fitting. When I look in dealer catlogs, they only list one part # for front brake hoses on C10 trucks. Anyone have any experience with this~~~??
