I am looking to buy some original 67-68 grill trim. I am looking for the oddball stuff, painted steel, not the normal aluminum sold now and days. Dents, dings are OK I can repair if need be.

Unless you want to road trip up to get them.

Are you sure that they are steel and not the aluminum ones? They look aluminum. I must have the steelies so I can weld on um. Also, what do you mean by minor dings?

My mistake , they are painted and I assumed they were steel. I just chacked them with a magnet and they are aluminum. dumb assumtion on my part.The dings are so minor that I will be removing the paint asap. And asking more for the grill. Thank you.

Do you happen to have a full picture of both of them? Not just sections, kinda hard to picture the quality of both with just snapshots of certain areas.
