New from SO IL

Howdy to all. I've been watching from afar for a while now. I'm wanting to put a truck together and this looked like the place for all the info and people to help without making fun of my lack of knowledge. I've got around 6 67-72's within a couple miles of me and don't know where to start. I know what I want to build, just not what path to take. The 1st hurdle is making sure I post in the right spot. Forgive me in advance for any screw ups. If any one has any leather questions, My wife and I run a small leather shop and I'll be glad to help where I can. Thanks for having me. Leatherman

Welcome from NW Washington. I would say go with a '68, but then I am bias. Good luck with whatever you choose, you are starting with a good platform.
