Does anyone know of a photoshop program that I can use to photoshop different wheels on my truck and paint? Maybe there isn't such a thing? Thanks

Re: PhotoShop
paint.net is the freeware equivalent to photoshop. Only used it a handful of times, but does the same sort of things. I prefer photoshop, but cost $$$$$$$$
