my 1940 Chevy with factory flatbed
hey guys, i recently bought this 1940 from a buddy of mine. it's all there just real rough. probably going to go the "rat rod" route with this one. z the frame, chop it, and channel it. and it's a factory flatbed. I've got three artillery wheels for it so ill just need to get one more and take off those 70's rally wheels

Looks like a solid (rough, but solid) truck. You planning on getting started on it soon?

Re: my 1940 Chevy with factory flatbed
I love it. Are you going fenderless with the rat rod build?
I just saw the Overhaulin episode a couple days ago where they did a 67-72 longbed at Wyotech. Looks like a heck of a school.

Re: my 1940 Chevy with factory flatbed
I think that's what I'm gonna end up doing to my 39, only with a suicide front end.
