Ok so I have an 88GMC 4x4 with the 5 speed and just some plain old all terrains, nothing big. My spider gears and carrier exploded in my rear end. I counted all the teeth on the ring and pinion and did my math and came up with it being a 3.42 rear end. I live in Louisiana and have been looking for a rear end from a scrap yard for a few months now. Does anyone know where I can either get a rebuild kit with the gears and carrier or another rear end at? I have searched online and just cant come up with anything. So at this time I'm bowing down before the truck gods and asking for help.....lol. Any help is greatly appreciated.......BTW its a 1500
