Wheel bearing?

1993 1500 2wd auto

When I drive it down the road I hear a roaring sound like a 4X4 with off-road knobby tires (you know the sound). My tires were old and worn out, and so I thought that was it. Got a nice new set of tires, but the sound is still there.

I can feel a "slight" vibration under my feet (may just be in my head). It sounds like it is comming from the front. When I go around curves and accelerate or coast it remains constant with the rpm of the wheels.

I've checked everything well and nothing is rubbing anywhere and it's been doing this for 5-6 months so if something was rubbing it would be rubbed out or broke by now.

I'm thinking it could be a wheel bearing. Anyone had one that sounded like this before? What is the easiest way to know if it is a wheel bearing?
