actuator is getting power and is working but front wheels wont lock in
seems to be something wrong inside the front diff. the drive shaft is spinning and the actuator is extending front what ive read there is some kind of fork inside that engages the front axels. it doesnt seem like an easy fix but is it something that can be done at home? anyone got any directions?

The winter brought out several posts relative to your issue. I'd suggest doing a search if you don't want to scroll through the first two or three pages.
