67 c-10 in Maryland

I saw this 67 at Champion used Auto Parts in Great Mills Maryland. Rust in usual places, but interesting part was that everything under the hood was bone stock and all there. They are selling it whole, not parting it out.

67 didnt have pcv in valve cover, alternater is on wrong side & wrong bracket, should have oil filler tube through intake, wrong air cleaner. Thats from what I can see in the picture off the top of my head. The only thing that looks stock to me is fan and manifolds. I'd say its a later model engine.
