Johnny Cash song anyone?

People ask me what year my truck is and i always ask what part they are referring to! lol. Makes me think of that johnny cash song. My truck is a 67, 68, 72, and 69. I love her no matter what. Lets see who else has a nice rig that happens to be pieced together. please share.

my cab doors and driver fender is 70 frames 72 core support 72 fender and hood another truck bed off of craigslist motor from a 85 blazer trans from a 68 nova

very cool truck! what is that color called? it looks like a copper of sorts, my truck cab was that color.

Here's my Frankentruck ... titled as a '69 Chevy, vin is 69 GMC 6-cylinder stepside, 71-72 front clip, not sure what the bed is from, 350 w/700r4. Currently has a billet grille as of last week.

That song also fits my '67 C-10 swb stepper which started life as a '67 C-20 lwb stepper.

It still looks like heck because it has been put on the back burner while I work on my '71 lwb stepper.

The '67 is made up of '67 cab, front clip, steering and 4 speed transmission. The frame is swb of unknow year, probably '69. The suspension and rearend are from a '68. The bed is from a '96 sport-side. The l6 engine is a '70. The gas tank is from a '71. The captain seats are from a unknow year mini-van. I am sure it has other years also, but I can not remember what.

I have to remember what part came from what year when getting repair parts.

I guess my truck is just a Mutt.

I do have a year correct step-side bed that will replace the '96 bed.
