I need a front bed panel for a 47-53. I'm not concerned with the condition because it's a rat.

I have a solid 54 front bed panal, no real rust at all not bowed

michael, the 54-87's are different then the 47-53's

I didnt know that. other than the square indentation, what else is the difference? im not doubting you, I just thought It would bolt right up to my 49 GMC I was working on.

nope, I think it's taller. I don't remember which one is taller but there is a difference. I thought the same thing. I was going to go junkyarding and another board member corrected me.
