Last year I bought the push on type for ease of installation and I noticed the other day that it had shrunk on the top edge and left a slight gap between the vent post and the window when it was rolled up. Has this happened to onyone?

I have not seen that on new stuff, but I have seen it with just about all of the originals. I have always wondered if the window worked it down a little at a time over the years. If it is still soft you might try pushing it back up into possition. WES

Mine did the same thing. It didn't shrink it just worked down a little. Pull it back in place and put a dab of adhesive on it and push up into place and it will stay put.

Mine did the same thing, it just slid down the track, I just rolled the window down and pulled the channel back up and used a little weatherstrip adhesive on the back to keep it from sliding down again.

Thanks for input... Just wanted to make sure it wasn't going to be an ongoing problem.

I''ll see if it has shifted on me and see if a small dab of silicone will do the trick.
