Front spindles or lowering control arms?
1972 chevy c10 8ft bed with leafs.
So, my main option is to flip the axle over the leafs which gives ~5in of rear drop With new, hopefully heavier duty leafs. I was wondering what would be better for dropping the front to level...either 3in drop control arms or the 2 3/4in drop spindles... What is better for handling? Ride quality? I'm going to go over to heavier BB springs also. Will this be an issue? What are my options for torsion bars etc? I'm not very familiar with what's out there to stiffen the suspension up a bit. Thanks for the suggestions... Zach |

Re: Front spindles or lowering control arms?
go with the spindle in the front, it the best way to go cause it does not effect your suspension geometry and throw off your camber and caster. as for the rear, flip the axle or go with a 3 link set up
